Bridge wings can be left off to create a different look, e.g. if built into a rock face or as part of a masonry embankment such as in urban settings.
Here sold as a complete bridge. (One complete bridge and four bridge wings. Track not included).
Approximately two inches more width would have to be added to accommodate two 'OO' tracks. However, this can be done without modelling the arch, as it is not seen.
